About Rachelle

I was first introduced to a contemporary Pilates mat class at age 16, and I was automatically drawn to the movement and continued the practice as my main form of exercise. Years later, I decided to take my practice to the next step and start studying the classical method through the 450-hour teacher training course at Yogaworks in Westlake. Since graduating teacher training 3 years ago, I see the art of control in a different light. Pilates is not only a great exercise, it’s a lifestyle that provides pain relief, posture improvement, and awareness to the connection between your mind and body. As a teacher, it’s my goal to deliver the message to students, yet also bring positivity and safe movement to everyone I have the pleasure of teaching. Whether you are in search of therapeutic exercise, strengthening your core, improving overall flexibility, or simply just want to try a new exercise, Pilates has something to offer for everyone and is perfect for all ages and skill levels.
