Pilates makes me feel more complete. I love being challenged while feeling a positive change in my body. It's not just an exercise, it's a lifestyle that has changed me for the better.
WHY I TEACH
My students are my motivation. They continue to teach me about the method of Pilates and its benefits. The evidence is there from the first time they lay on the mat to the time they move on the reformer. When teaching Pilates, I see overall improvement in their mood, strength, posture, alignment, form, and flexibility, which brings me tremendous joy as an instructor. I also love being a part of the fitness community. This community brings positivity and motivation to my everyday life.
